On July 9, the first health guidance activity of "Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine • Naxianghai (The Dream Sea) Famous Medical Experts Tour" was held in Anyun Hospital. Professor Wu Mianhua and Director An Hongli of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine present at the site provided consultation and guidance for the owners of Naxianghai (The Dream Sea) with various kinds of difficult diseases.

    Early in the morning, the owners who signed up for the activity came to Anyun Hospital. Under the guidance of the medical staff, they went to the special consulting room of two experts and professors. People participating in this activity were mainly the middle-aged and elderly owners of Naxianghai (The Dream Sea)  Community. At the activity site Professor Wu Mianhua and Director An Hongli  communicated with the owners in detail in a friendly and patient manner,  and listened to their knotty problems. Through Four Diagnostic Methods of TCM, health consultation and other means, they gave scientific and reasonable medical and health care advice, which has been widely praised by the owners.

    Two famous medical experts taking part in this health guidance activity are doctors with superb medical skills and rich clinical experience. As Chief Traditional Chinese Medicine Physician, Doctor of Medicine, Second Grade Professor and Doctoral Supervisor, Professor Wu Mianhua enjoys the special allowance of the State Council. Moreover, he is also an outstanding teacher of TCM colleges and universities, an advisor in the academic experience inheritance of national veteran TCM experts, one of the first Qihuang scholars, and a famous TCM doctor in Jiangsu Province. In this activity, Professor Wu not only made diagnosis and treatment for the patients, and gave professional health guidance and suggestions, but also dispensed drugs for the owners on site, so that the patients could really feel such care, convenience, efficiency and benefits.

    Director An Hongli is one of the first group of experts (enjoying the same treatment as professor) hired by Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine in the "Recruitment of Outstanding TCM experts" Program, deputy director TCM Practitioner of Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine, one of the first group of specialized physicians in China, and the sixth generation inheritor of Lee's therapy. With unique skills in pulse diagnosis handed down from the older generations of her family, she is good at acupuncture, cupping, scraping and other external therapies for curing  difficult and miscellaneous diseases. In this activity, Director An not only offered patients health diagnosis and treatment, but also carried out acupuncture, cupping and other corresponding treatment, so as for the patients to experience high medical skills and good service, and for the owners to obtain real convenience and benefits. 

    The follow-up health guidance activity of " Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine • Naxianghai (The Dream Sea) Famous Medical Experts Tour" will be continually held in batches from July to October.
